1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the mnlwin platform (the "Platform") available at mnlwin.cam, you ("User," "You," or "Your") enter into a legally binding agreement with mnlwin ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a contract between You and the Company, governing all aspects of Your use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, gaming activities, bonus participation, withdrawals, and customer support interactions.

If You do not agree with any provision of these Terms, You must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes Your explicit acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments made by the Company.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. The Company employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts through IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method analysis, and other technical means.

2.4 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Your jurisdiction. You are not prohibited from gambling by any court order, bankruptcy proceedings, or legal restriction.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services, You must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Valid date of birth proving You are at least 21 years of age
• Current residential address in the Philippines
• Functional mobile phone number registered in Your name

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your account credentials, including Your username and password. The Company employs industry-standard security measures, but You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
• Never share Your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify mnlwin customer support if You suspect unauthorized account access
• Log out of Your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices

You are liable for all activities conducted under Your account, whether authorized by You or not, until You notify the Company of a security breach. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to Your failure to maintain adequate security precautions.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your mnlwin account is personal to You and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other person or entity. The payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in Your legal name. Accounts registered under business names, third-party names, or fictitious identities will be terminated without notice.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mnlwin currently supports deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and select Philippine banking institutions. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 50, and the maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary based on Your account verification status and transaction history.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to Your account within 30-60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 1-3 business days to process, depending on Your financial institution. The Company does not charge transaction fees for deposits, but Your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees.

4.3 Payment Method Verification

You must be the legal owner of all payment methods used for deposits. The Company reserves the right to request proof of ownership, including bank statements, screenshots of e-wallet accounts, or credit/debit card images (with sensitive information redacted), before processing withdrawals. Deposits made from third-party payment methods will be reversed, and associated winnings may be forfeited.

4.4 Currency Conversion

All transactions on mnlwin are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If You deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, Your financial institution will apply currency conversion rates and may charge conversion fees. The Company is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion charges.

5. Withdrawals and Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of Your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process
• All bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours after approval
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, except in cases where the Company grants an exception

5.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before Your first withdrawal can be processed, You must complete KYC verification by submitting:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Postal ID, SSS ID, or PRC ID
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing Your registered address
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot of GCash/Maya account showing Your name, or bank statement showing account ownership

Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. The Company may request additional documentation if the initial submissions are insufficient. KYC verification typically takes 24-48 hours to complete.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

mnlwin operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. Unusual transaction patterns, large cash-out requests, or suspicious activity may trigger additional verification procedures, including enhanced due diligence checks. The Company reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests that do not comply with AML regulations.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once approved, withdrawals are processed as follows:

• GCash/Maya: 1-24 hours
• Bank Transfer: 2-5 business days

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, weekends, public holidays, or if additional verification is required. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

mnlwin offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Participation in promotions is voluntary, and each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of the offer. General Terms and Conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or playthrough requirements) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times You must wager the bonus amount and/or deposit amount before converting bonus funds into withdrawable cash. For example, a PHP 500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PHP 15,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Fishing Games: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10-20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 10-20% contribution or excluded entirely from bonus play

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

While bonus funds are active, the maximum bet per round is typically PHP 50 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions
• Engaging in collusive betting, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other accounts
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses without genuine gaming intent

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended, bonuses canceled, and winnings forfeited. The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Certification

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

7.4 Disputes and Irregular Play

If You believe a game has malfunctioned or an error has occurred, You must notify mnlwin customer support within 24 hours of the incident. The Company will investigate the matter and, if an error is confirmed, will take corrective action. In the absence of evidence supporting Your claim, the Company's determination of the outcome shall be final and binding.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identification, or engaging in any form of financial fraud
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting patterns
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, transfer funds illegally, or engage in criminal financial activity
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use Your account
• Automation and Bots: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform's software
• Abusive Conduct: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Company staff through chat functions or communication channels

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. The Company reserves the right to report illegal activity to PAGCOR, law enforcement, and financial crime agencies.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by the Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if You:

• Breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct
• Fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Use the Platform in a manner that harms the Company's reputation or operations
• Are found to be self-excluded, banned, or restricted in any jurisdiction

Upon account suspension, access to the Platform will be revoked, pending funds will be held during investigation, and active bonuses will be canceled. If the suspension is upheld, all funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close Your account at any time by contacting mnlwin customer support. Once Your account is closed, any remaining balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to You via Your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If You wish to restrict Your gambling activity due to problem gambling concerns, You may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to customer support and will be implemented within 24 hours. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mnlwin and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to Your account resulting from Your failure to maintain adequate security measures
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions
• Changes in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations that affect the availability or legality of gaming services

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using the services and close Your account.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, Platform notification, or prominent display on the website. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If You do not agree with any changes, You must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.
